He currently resides in Ghana and is an accomplished professional known for his expertise in neutron activation analysis (NAA), proficiency testing, and quality assurance in laboratory settings.

Nicholas began his academic journey at Abetifi Presbyterian Secondary School, where he earned his “O” Level certificate from 1970 to 1975. He furthered his education at Accra Polytechnic, obtaining a Laboratory Technician Part 1 Certificate (Intermediate City & Guilds) between 1976 and 1980. His commitment to professional development led him to attend specialized training and workshops across the globe, including at NECSA in South Africa, Delft University in the Netherlands, and various programs in Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, and Austria.
